Participants of our live events, may cancel up to 48 working hours prior to the event start date and will receive a letter of credit to be used towards a future event, valid up to 6 months from the date of issuance.
We at “accountswale.in” would process/provide refund only if the event has been cancelled.
In case of a cancelled online training event /live webinar, the participant can choose between the recorded version of it or for a refund. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not show up for the webinar. We might provide a recorded link, in exchange, based on the participants’ request.
A Webinar may be cancelled due to lack of enrolment or due to unavoidable factors. All participants will be notified 24 hours in advance in case a webinar is cancelled.
The Participant(s) (the person who has registered for this conference) need to send an email to services.accountswale.in for cancellation request at least 7 business days prior to the start date of the event. In that case, we will issue a refund by deducting 10% as cancellation fee. No cancellations will be accepted and refunds will be issued if we receive a request in less than 7 business days from the start date of the event. A Seminar may be cancelled due to lack of enrolment or due to unavoidable factors. All participants will be notified seven business days prior to the start date of Seminar.
If the even/seminar is cancelled due to any circumstances and situations, accountswale.in are not responsible for any airfare, hotel, other costs or losses incurred by registrants.
Participants can request us by sending an e-mail 3 days prior to the seminar for rescheduling/transferring registration to others. In case of rescheduling, we will issue the participant/registrant a credit for the amount paid minus 10% administration fees. The same credit will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of rescheduling and can be used for any future seminars/webinars by accountswale.in within that period. In case of transfer registration to others, no
charges will be deducted and enrollment will be transferred to new name as per email request.
No refunds will be provided in case of no-shows without prior intimation as per cancellation policy.
Also, some topics and trainers/speakers may be subject to change without any prior notice.
