Position
Academic Counsellor / Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about our courses and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and walk-ins.
- Understand student requirements and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, and corporate partners.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission and business development targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of English is mandatory.
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages is highly preferred:
- Kannada
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Malayalam
- Hindi
- Strong counselling, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- MBA or BBA preferred
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, customer service, or business development will be an added advantage.
